This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Sky Journeys LLC, doing business as Cruise Together (“Cruise Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.cruise-together.com (the “Site”) or join the Cruise Together affinity group (the “Group”).

1) What Cruise Together Is (and What It Isn’t)
Cruise Together is a cruise affinity group and community experience. Cruise Together itself does not process payments or directly book travel. If you choose to book a cruise or other travel, your booking is handled through Blue Sky Journeys LLC (“Blue Sky Journeys”), our partner travel agency/booking agent, and you will be provided separate booking and traveler information requests at that time.
2) Information We Collect
A) Information you provide to Cruise Together
When you join the Group, complete forms, request information, or schedule time with us, we may collect:
Contact information (e.g., name, email address; phone number if you choose to provide it)
Group participation details (e.g., cruise interests, preferred sailing windows, destination interests, cabin preferences at a high level, and other details you choose to share)
Communications (e.g., messages you send us by email or through Site forms)
Important: Cruise Together does not collect payment card data on this Site.
B) Information collected automatically (cookies & analytics)
When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may collect:
Device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent, referring/exit pages)
Cookie and similar technology data used for site functionality and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve performance.
C) Information collected through scheduling
If you schedule a call/meeting with us, Calendly may collect information you submit (e.g., name, email, and scheduling details) as part of facilitating that appointment.
3) How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for purposes such as:
Operating the Site and providing requested information
Managing Group membership and communications (including newsletters and updates you opt into)
Responding to inquiries and providing customer support

4) Email and Marketing Communications
If you opt in, we may send you Group updates and announcements via email using MailerLite (or a similar email service provider). You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the footer of our emails. You may also contact us at bnewberger@blueskyjourneys.com to request removal.
5) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following situations:
A) With Blue Sky Journeys for booking-related requests (as applicable)
If you ask to book travel or request booking assistance, we may share your relevant information with Blue Sky Journeys so they can provide travel planning/booking services and collect the additional traveler details needed to complete a reservation.
B) With service providers
We use trusted third parties to help run our operations (for example):
MailerLite (email communications)
Trip Suite (used by Blue Sky Journeys for travel workflow/itinerary/CRM-related functions, as applicable)
Google Analytics (website analytics)
Calendly (appointment scheduling)
Website hosting and related IT providers
These providers are permitted to process personal information only to perform services for us (or for Blue Sky Journeys, where applicable).
C) Within the Group (limited and “as needed”)
In some cases, we may share limited information with other members as needed for Group coordination (for example, coordinating a meetup time/place or similar logistics). We aim to keep this limited to what’s reasonably necessary.
D) For legal reasons
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
6) Facebook Group and Third-Party Platforms
Cruise Together may operate a Facebook Group for community engagement. If you join or interact there, your information is also governed by Facebook/Meta’s privacy policies and settings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
Our Site may also contain links to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.
7) Cookies and Your Choices
We use cookies and similar technologies for:

provide the Group and Site functions,

enforce agreements.
If you request deletion, we will honor your request when feasible, subject to legal and operational needs (for example, maintaining records for compliance, security, or dispute resolution).

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
